United Way of Tri-County seeks nominations for volunteer awards

United Way of Tri-County is seeking nominations to recognize two volunteers for their hard work and dedication serving the community.

The awards will be given at the United Way’s April 5th Recognition Breakfast at the Sheraton Hotel and Conference Center in Framingham.

Awards include a Youth Volunteer of the Year (ages of 12-18), and a Volunteer of the Year (over 18). All nominees must have been residents or volunteered in the MetroWest/495 Corridor in the past year.

“We are happy and honored to recognize members of our community who are paving the way for change in the MetroWest area,” said Paul Mina, president and CEO of United Way of Tri-County, in a press release.

Nominees do not need to be United Way volunteers.
