The Volunteer Center offers a variety of programs and opportunities that make it easy for you to volunteer, no matter what your schedule is. The Volunteer Center connects employers and employees with organizations and programs that match their talents and interests.
Our Corporate Volunteerism Program provides assistance in project planning to ensure meaningful service for employees. Our corporate program includes community-based Day-of-Caring events as requested.
Volunteer Solutions, our online volunteer matching system, is used by over 100 nonprofit organizations to recruit volunteers. This service makes it easy for everyone to link to a broad range of opportunities.
Our Vision & Beliefs
Our United Way's Volunteer Center is committed to advocating for volunteerism in places of business and to increase the number of volunteers involved in the community. We want to empower community partner agencies to use volunteers effectively. Our goal is to generate resources to build a stronger community and improve lives.
We believe volunteerism improves the lives of both those who receive service and those who provide it. We believe everyone has the power to make a difference and that our corporate partnerships and community collaboration are essential.
