MASS 2-1-1

A Message For Individuals & Families Seeking To Determine If They Qualify For Assistance with Recovery and Clean-up Left From the March 3rd Nor’easter

Individuals Wanting to determine if they qualify for assistance other than that provided by their insurance carrier can register in two ways. They can call Mass2-1-1 and press the number 20 which is our disaster line to speak to a live Mass2-1-1 call taker and register. Their information will be shared with various disaster relief agencies to determine if they qualify for help through one of our VOAD Volunteer Partners. They can also choose to go to one of the two Recovery Resource Centers listed below to seek assistance face to face.
