WAREHOUSE DRIVER (Full-Time)

 
The UNITED WAY of TRI-COUNTY is looking for a Warehouse Driver – Full Time. We are offering a competitive hourly rate for this 35 hour per week position. 
 
Successful candidates must be reliable and work well with others. Ideal applicants will have:
  • A current, valid Massachusetts driver’s license
  • A verifiable clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds

United Way of Tri-County Holds Annual Shining Stars Awards Celebration & Fundraiser

MetroWest, MA – In honor of those who have given back to the local community, the United Way of Tri-County (UWTC) is holding its first Shining Stars Award Celebration dinner and fundraiser on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at the Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center. The evening will begin with a cocktail reception at 5:30pm with dinner, awards, and entertainment to follow from 6:00-8:00pm.
 

Mass2-1-1 Announces Resources for Workers Impacted by Federal Government Shutdown

As the government shutdown enters its 24th day, the effects are starting to be felt by the 420,000 federal employees working without pay and the 380,000 federal employees who have been furloughed. Last week, thousands of federal employees missed their first paychecks of 2019. Just as significant, during shutdown, janitors, security guards, and other federal contractors receive no back pay.

FRAMINGHAM -Exhibit ‘A’ Brewing Company and Avidia Bank have teamed up to donate $2 from every four-pack sold of the Liquid Tender brew to be donated to United Way of Tri-County.
 
There was a “Pints for Pantries” last night for the release of Liquid Tender.
 
The teaming will raise money for United Way of Tri-County’s annual Feed-A-Family campaign, which raises money to provide families in our communities with a turkey and all the trimmings for both Thanksgiving and the December holidays.
