Corporate 5K Sponsorship Package

Company teams of four or more will enjoy coming together with their rivals for this night of camaraderie, team building, exercise, and community support.

Corporate 5K Route Map

Funds raised from the United Way of Tri-County’s MetroWest Corporate 5K will support one of several United Way programs including hunger relief, early literacy, and suicide prevention, across the MetroWest/495 region.

Teams who wish to compete for the Cup must have a minimum of four runners, including two male and two female runners, but teams can be any size! Just remember the top fastest four runners (2 male and two female) from a team win the Cup!

Participants who are not part of a team can also run or walk as an individual and could win a prize for being our top male or female runner!

After the race, the 5K participants (21+) can enjoy a craft beer from Flying Dreams Brewing Co. (a portion of beer sales will be donated back to the United Way). We’ll also offer music, food, and will cap off the evening with awards (see below).

Fundraising is optional but we hope you will take advantage of the opportunity to create a fundraising page and ask friends, family, and co-workers to support you and United Way programs and services. To set up a fundraising page contact julie Randell at 508-370-4833

Sponsorship opportunities are also available, please click here . Questions can be directed to Sandy Baldi at 508.370.4873 or sandra.baldi@uwotc.org or Jen Bray at 508.370.4826or jennifer.bray@uwotc.org.

RULES:
Team Scoring
Team scoring will be based on the cumulative time of the top two male and top two female finishers from your team. A team must contain a minimum of four (4) members to be eligible for team scoring, but you can invite as many to participate on your team as you’d like.

Individual Scoring
Top male, top female and top non-binary participants overall will also be recognized at the finish of the race.  Individual scoring will be open to both runners participating as part of a team and running independently. Non-binary participants will only be able to compete in the non-binary category for individuals. If non-binary participants wish to run as part of a team in the team competition, they will be required to select their birth gender when registering.

The United Way of Tri-County strives to create and foster a culture of inclusivity and believes it is important that all participants are welcomed and accepted at our events. We recognize that everyone is entitled to be who they are, no matter how they identify gender. We respect and honor the identity of each participant.
